On June 26-30, MISMA organized and held a visit of Koudijs MKorma company representatives to the Menon manufacturing plant in China.
Menon Company - the leader in the production of feed additives in China, the largest supplier of flavoring agents, protected amino acids, vitamins, glucose, urea, sweeteners and other functional feed additives. MISMA has been the exclusive representative of Menon in Russia and the CIS since 2013.
Colleagues from Menon invited Russian guests to visit a new production complex in Suzhou for the production of acidifiers and feed additives for cattle. This is the largest in China advanced and high-tech enterprise occupies an area of 80 000 m2. During the excursion around the factory, the guests were shown fully automated production lines in the workshops and a control center, which remotely controls all production processes. Two workshops were held at the plant, where the topics of development of the dairy industry and integrated feeding to improve production performance were discussed.
The second and third days of the visit were devoted to a visit to the Menon farm. In dairy farms in Suzhou, feeding programmes with Menon supplementation are being implemented, comparative experiments are being conducted to improve performance, and feeding schemes and dosages are being worked out. The Menon farms are among the best in the country. For example, on Farm XXX, the average yield of 13 tons per cow per year was achieved. The feeding plan and technical advice on the farm is led by Doctor Ma, who came on a working visit to MISMA in Russia in May this year.
The trip was rich and productive. Russian specialists were introduced to the experience of Chinese cattle breeders in the application of feed additives that MISMA supplies to the Russian market, as well as received information on new products for itself, Our Chinese partner has already developed and implemented successfully in the feed.
