In May, MISMA, together with NovaKorm, conducted a week-long working trip to key livestock enterprises in the Sverdlovsk region. The goal that the participants had was to identify the real needs of clients and find solutions that would help increase productivity of farm animals. The trip was attended by representatives of the Menon company, including Dr. Kim, for whom this was his first visit to Russia.
We visited a number of farms with our colleagues, held meetings with technologists, discussed current practices and became familiar with the use of modern feeding technologies. Some of the farms visited are already actively using Menon products, while others are just beginning to implement new solutions. However, everywhere there is lively interest, sincere questions and a willingness to cooperate.
Dr. Kim paid special attention to highly productive farms, where he was able to expand his knowledge base. At the enterprises he supervises in China, a milk yield figure of 13 thousand liters per head per year has been achieved, and at Russian farms, such as the Kilachevsky agricultural production company and the Agrofirm of Patrushi, this milestone has already been crossed.
MISMA and Menon specialists exchanged experiences, discussed common practices and adopted useful techniques from their colleagues. As a result of the meetings, specific ideas were formulated for refining the technologies used and updating the product portfolio, which will be implemented by both companies. This will increase production efficiency and improve the quality of the final products of our partners.
As part of the trip, seminars were held for specialists from Bogdanovichsky Feed Mill (SIBAGRO) and NovaCorm. We strive to maintain close cooperation with distributors and provide comprehensive assistance to customers in their daily activities. We don't just offer products - we create conditions for the success of our partners.
We thank our colleagues for their activity and open atmosphere. Personal communication helps to better understand customer needs and find solutions that really work. We are confident that such meetings strengthen partnerships and contribute to the development of livestock farming.
