The feed additive Misma Buty, protected sodium butyrate, is recommended for use to optimize digestive processes in farm animals, including birds and fish, as well as dogs.
The sodium salt of butyric acid, which is the active component of the supplement, stimulates pancreatic juice secretion and endogenous amylase synthesis.
Thanks to the protection and complex mechanism of action of Misma Buty:
- stimulates feed intake: the smell of Misma Buty resembles the smell of fermented milk;
- improves the secretion of pancreatic enzymes: volatile fatty acids, which include butyric acid, stimulate the secretion of pancreatic juice and amylase;
- maintains the balance of intestinal microflora: Misma Buty stimulates the spread of beneficial flora by suppressing pathogenic flora (E. coli, Salmonella, Clostridium spp);
- stimulates the growth of intestinal villi: an increase in the length of villi (by 30%), and, as a result, an increase in the area of nutrient absorption and endogenous enzyme secretion (by 40%);
- promotes the formation of ruminant scar: it stimulates the development of scar papillae.
