For MISMA, this event was an opportunity to discuss in detail with partners the key development vectors of modern pet food.
Focus on Functionality
The modern pet food market is changing rapidly. Buyers are increasingly looking not just for a basic diet, but for a product capable of addressing specific physiological needs: supporting immunity, correcting gastrointestinal function, or reducing stress levels in animals. That is why MISMA’s stand placed its main emphasis on a range of functional additives that enable manufacturers to create next-generation pet foods.
At the stand, MISMA experts presented products designed to address the most pressing pet health issues:
Butirex C4 – a component that plays an important role in supporting gut health and reducing the risk of dysbiosis
Misma GABA (gamma-aminobutyric acid) – a solution for formulations aimed at supporting the nervous system and correcting animal behavior in stressful situations
Haotide – a functional protein designed to stabilize digestive processes and ease the transition to veterinary and hypoallergenic diets
Immunosan – a comprehensive tool for modulating the immune response, essential for creating complete protective diets.
MISMA’s broad portfolio of functional ingredients allows pet food developers to fine-tune formulations flexibly, creating highly specialized products for different age groups and breeds.
Theory in Practice: The LANDOR Brand Case
To clearly demonstrate how the theoretical properties of ingredients translate into a finished product, we presented our own brand, LANDOR.
The LANDOR super-premium pet food line (including dry and wet diets for dogs and cats) was developed using MISMA’s full range of functional additives. This allowed us to show partners not just a set of components, but a working model: how the integration of high-quality ingredients into a formulation affects the final product profile and its consumer appeal.
For manufacturers and brand owners, the LANDOR case serves as direct proof that the use of proven functional additives is the foundation for creating a competitive super-premium product.
In the official new products zone of the exhibition, we showcased samples of pet foods for sterilized cats and dogs of all breeds, featuring functional additives for digestion and health support.
MISMA’s stand became a hub of intensive business communication. Productive negotiations with key market players and introductions to new partners allowed us to outline plans for expanding cooperation in the coming year.
We thank all exhibition guests for their interest in our technologies. MISMA continues to invest in finding new solutions to give the industry the tools to create better nutrition for pets.
